Do you create all the content or do I have to provide it?
We create everything. BDX Omaha handles all copywriting, graphic design, Reels, and Stories for your accounts. You review and approve content before it goes live — but you never have to write a caption or design a graphic again.
Is on-site photography and videography available?
Yes, as an add-on. Our team will come to your location for a dedicated half-day shoot to capture professional photos and video content for your social media. This add-on is available to businesses located within 10 miles of Omaha, Nebraska only.
What platforms do you manage?
Our Basic tier covers Facebook and Instagram. Pro adds a third platform of your choice — TikTok, LinkedIn, or X. Elite covers all five platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Is there a contract commitment?
Yes. All social media management plans require a 6-month minimum commitment. Clients who commit to a full 12-month agreement receive a 15% discount on their monthly rate — that is up to $4,498 in annual savings on the Elite plan.
What is the application process?
We start with a brief discovery call to learn about your business, your goals, and your current social media presence. From there, we will let you know if we are a good fit for each other. We only take on clients we genuinely believe we can deliver results for — and we expect the same level of commitment in return.
